Terms & conditions
1. Your agreement with Madiaz
ProposalKit is provided by Madiaz (the seller), established in the United States. You are contracting with Madiaz for the service. Contact us at madiaz.404@gmail.com. By accessing or continuing to use ProposalKit, you agree to these terms. You must be legally able to enter this agreement and, if acting for an organisation, have authority to bind it.
2. The service and your account
ProposalKit formats and validates website proposals drafted in ChatGPT, provides an external editor, and exports PDF and Markdown. ChatGPT generates the draft; ProposalKit’s tools do not call an AI model. You are responsible for accurate account information, the confidentiality of your credentials, and activity under your account. Access requires authentication and a current entitlement.
Madiaz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service while you have access. Do not resell the service, reverse engineer it, or bypass technical or access restrictions.
3. Acceptable use
Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, fraud, spam, intellectual-property infringement or security interference, including malware, unauthorised probing or scraping. Do not submit or distribute illegal content, deceptive deepfakes, hate speech or malware, or attempt to jailbreak or bypass safeguards.
You are responsible for your prompts, inputs and use of outputs, for having the necessary rights to input content, and for checking every proposal before sharing it. AI-generated text may be inaccurate. Outputs are not a substitute for legal, financial or other regulated professional advice without qualified oversight. Madiaz may remove or restrict content, refuse or filter outputs, and suspend accounts to address abuse or rights violations.
4. Intellectual property
Madiaz retains ownership of ProposalKit’s software, documentation and branding. You retain your rights in your inputs; Madiaz does not claim ownership of your proposals or exported documents. Rights in AI-generated outputs depend on applicable law and the terms of the service that generated them; exclusive rights are not guaranteed. You grant Madiaz only the limited rights needed to process your content and provide the service.
Rights holders can report alleged infringement to madiaz.404@gmail.com. Include your contact information, identification of the protected work and the allegedly infringing material, and the basis of your complaint. Madiaz may restrict or remove reported material as appropriate. Repeated or serious infringement may result in suspension or termination.
5. Payments, renewals and refunds
The single plan is €4.99 EUR per month including applicable tax, renewing monthly until cancelled. The site currently supports sandbox test transactions only; live payments and real charges are not enabled. Subscription management is separate from the connected proposal editor.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
Payment, billing, tax, cancellation and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle’s Buyer Terms. Our Refund Policy explains how to request a refund. Cancellation retains billing-based access through the verified paid period; failed or incomplete payments do not grant additional paid time.
6. Availability and suspension
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. To the extent allowed by law, the service is provided without implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Madiaz may suspend or terminate access for material breach, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated or serious policy violations. Mandatory consumer rights are not excluded.
7. Proposal handling and changes
Proposal content is processed to provide the service, not saved in a ProposalKit proposal-content database. Save any exported documents you need before closing the editor. We may update these terms; the effective date identifies the current version. Changes do not override mandatory legal rights.
