30-day money-back guarantee

Madiaz offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for ProposalKit. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date. This does not limit any additional rights you have under applicable consumer law.

How to request a refund

Refunds are handled by our Merchant of Record, Paddle. Visit paddle.net to request a refund using your order details and purchase email. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details. Paddle handles the return of funds under its Refund Policy and Buyer Terms.

Cancellation and test payments

You can stop future renewals from the independent billing page. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the verified paid period and is separate from a refund request.

ProposalKit currently uses Paddle sandbox/test checkout only. Test payments do not charge real money, so there are no real funds to return for a sandbox order.
